Bots bring automation to your chats and communities: welcome messages, commands, reminders or integrations. In TACENZA, a bot is a participant with its own keys – it can only read the chats it’s added to.
Bot Studio
Create and manage bots inside TACENZA Chat. Set a name and commands, get a token, and choose whether the bot is active.
The Bot API and SDK
Run your bot anywhere with the Bot API, using updates or a webhook. The @tacenza/bot SDK for Node.js handles the encryption, so your code works with plain messages.
Limits by plan
Free includes 1 active bot, Plus 3 and Pro 10, with higher Bot API limits on paid plans. Webhooks can’t point at private network addresses.
