Because they’re built around an organisation, they need one: Chat Business runs in an organisation workspace, and Mail Business needs a verified domain your organisation owns. Friends or family who want to share should each choose Plus or Pro.

How billing works
Paid through Stripe
Stripe handles payment on its own pages. It sees your email and card; TACENZA never does. We only give Stripe a random reference – never your username.
Yearly is two months free
Every yearly price is ten months of the monthly price, on every plan and bundle.
Upgrade or downgrade any time
Changes are prorated. After a downgrade nothing is deleted; new uploads, devices or bots wait until you’re under the limits.
Cancel any time
A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then you’re on Free. You can undo it before then.
If a payment fails
You keep your plan for a 7-day grace period while you update your card. After that you move to Free – nothing is deleted.
Prices include VAT
Where it applies. Stripe shows the final amount before you pay. Invoices are in the Stripe customer portal, from Settings › Plan.

Is TACENZA free?
Yes. TACENZA Chat Free is fully usable and has the same privacy as every paid plan: 1 GB of storage, 2 devices, 1 bot and attachments up to 25 MB. Paid plans add capacity.
What paid plans are there?
TACENZA Chat has Plus at €4.99 a month (5 GB, 5 devices, 3 bots, 100 MB attachments) and Pro at €9.99 (15 GB, 10 devices, 10 bots, 500 MB attachments and priority support). TACENZA Mail will have the same tiers at the same prices. Yearly plans cost ten months’ price. Prices include VAT where it applies. Compare plans.
Can I get Chat and Mail together?
Yes, once one TACENZA account covers both. TACENZA Plus (Chat Plus and Mail Plus) will cost €7.99 a month and TACENZA Pro (Chat Pro and Mail Pro) €14.99 – 20 to 25% less than buying both separately, on one bill.
Who are Business plans for?
Organisations. Business costs €12.99 a month with 2 people included, then €5.99 per person, and adds an organisation workspace and admin tools. Chat Business needs an organisation workspace and Mail Business a verified domain your organisation owns. Friends or family who want to share should each choose Plus or Pro.
Do I pay for privacy?
No. Encryption, protected chats, disappearing messages and safety numbers are the same on Free. You pay for capacity – storage, devices, bots and larger attachments – and convenience.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in Settings › Plan in TACENZA Chat. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After a downgrade nothing is deleted; if you’re over the new limits, new uploads, devices or bots wait until you’re below them. How to cancel.
How does billing work?
